Returns & Exchanges

If something in your order doesn’t work out, we’d like to make it right. We offer full refunds for returned items, exchanges, or credit to find another LD item on our website if Item is returned within 30 days of receiving the item. 

What to do if you need to return or exchange your Lenora Dame Studio purchase for any reason. It’s easy!

For returns, package the item in the box in which it was mailed and send it to us either through USPS or UPS. For your records, please jot down the tracking number from your USPS or UPS receipt. Please include in the return package your packing slip and make a note of the reason for the return. Once the item is received a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

For exchanges, please email us at sales@lenoradame.com the item(s) that you would like to exchange for. Package the returning item(s) in the box in which it was mailed and send it to us either through USPS or UPS. For your records, please jot down the tracking number from your USPS or UPS receipt. Please include in the return package your packing slip. Once we have received your returned item, the new merchandise will be shipped to you with no shipping fee.
