Enjoy free shipping* on domestic orders over $75*. Please note that all orders, even with expedited shipping, still require a processing time of 5-7 business days as most items, except for the One-of-a-Kind collection, are handmade to order. Choosing a faster shipping option only increases the speed of shipping, not the time it takes us to make your items.

Frequently Asked Questions
You will receive a confirmation email plus a second email with tracking information and a link to track your order in real-time. Please allow 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for updates on your package's journey.
All items are handmade to order in our creative studio in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, USA. Orders are created and shipped within 5-7 business days after placing an order.
We make every attempt to get your items to you as quickly as possible since we know you are excited to wear your new LD pieces! As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with a tracking number so that you can keep tabs on your package. We do not ship on weekends and/or nationally observed US holidays.
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on fulfilling it right away, so we are unable to accept changes to an order once it's been placed.
We use USPS for domestic Standard Shipping.
We offer shipping to international addresses via USPS First Class International. Free Standard Shipping is not available on international orders. See shipping options above for rates.

If your tracking shows that your order was undeliverable and is being returned to us, we can resend your order to the same or alternative shipping address with a second shipping fee. Please contact us if you need help.

- Ask your roommates or neighbors if they accepted your delivery
- Check again the end of the next day
- Contact the shipping carrier: USPS - contact your local post office
